Switch Back Office was specifically created to address the back-office needs of small- to mid-scale nonprofits and businesses. Our collaborations with clients go beyond a simple “hand off” or outsourcing of operational responsibilities. When you choose back office consolidation with us, we work as committed partners who remain invested in measurably improving the long-term efficiency and efficacy of your organization.

Recent research confirms that nonprofits and businesses, especially in the COVID-19 era, are searching for viable ways to shift focus towards their core mission and essential day-to-day operations by lessening their immersion in time-consuming, back office tasks. In many cases, they recognize the importance and impact of back office management, but lack the designated in-house staff to efficiently address their needs. That’s where we come in.

Our team of professional experts is enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the very tasks your organization is eager to delegate. For us, back office consolidation is more than “checking boxes.” We embrace each project as an opportunity to optimize and innovate your back office operations and, by doing so, give you the space to advance your mission-driven work.

Rather than bearing the burden of back office demands in-house, or outsourcing the work to individual contractors, we grant nonprofits and small businesses the chance to cost-effectively delegate back office needs to us. We work as committed partners genuinely invested in the success of your organization. We also facilitate mutually beneficial partnerships among our clients to bring like-minded organizations together for collaborations that improve industries and communities.
